Welcome to picturetopixelart.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of picturetopixelart.com (the “Webite”) and the pixel art conversion tool we provide (the “Service”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. About the Service
Picture to Pixel Art is a free browser-based tool that converts your images into pixel art. All image processing happens locally on your own device. We never receive, view, store, or have access to the images you upload or convert using the tool.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you’re under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. The Site is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
3. Your Images and Content
Since the tool processes images entirely in your browser, we never receive or store the images you upload, and we make no claim to them at any point.
You’re responsible for making sure you have the right to use, edit, and convert any image you process with the tool. Don’t upload or process images that infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights, or that are unlawful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
Any pixel art you create using the Service is yours. We claim no ownership over, and no license to, the images you create or convert.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site or its infrastructure
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the underlying code of the tool without our permission
- Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the Service in a way that places unreasonable load on it
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity while using the Site
- Circumvent or interfere with any security features of the Site
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site itself, including its design, layout, logo, branding, and underlying code, is owned by Picture to Pixel Art and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site or its code without our permission.
This does not apply to the images you create using the tool, which remain entirely yours as described in Section 3.
6. Third-Party Services
The Site uses Google Analytics and Google Search Console to help us understand and improve the Site, and Google AdSense to display advertising. These services may use cookies and collect certain technical data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We aren’t responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services, ads, or websites linked from the Site.
7. Newsletter

8. No Warranty
The Site and Service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Picture to Pixel Art will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of images, or loss of business, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Because all image processing happens locally in your browser, we’re not responsible for any loss of images or files that occurs on your own device.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Picture to Pixel Art harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Changes to the Service
We may add, modify, or remove features of the Service at any time, without prior notice, and without liability to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
