This Privacy Policy explains how picturetopixelart.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or use picturetopixelart.com (the “Website”), a free online tool for converting images into pixel art.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

Newsletter Sign-Up. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name and email address. We use a third-party email marketing platform to store this information and deliver newsletter emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send, or by contacting us directly.

Uploaded Images. Our pixel art tool processes images locally in your browser. Your images are never transmitted to, stored on, or accessible from our servers. All conversion happens on your own device, and we have no way to view or retain the images you process using this tool.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. This may include:

• IP address (which may be shortened or anonymized)
• Browser type and version, device type, and operating system
• Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring or exit pages
• Approximate geographic location, derived from IP address (typically city or country level)
• General interaction data, such as clicks and tool usage patterns

Google Search Console. We use Google Search Console to monitor how the Site appears in Google Search results. This gives us aggregated data, such as the search queries that led to our Site, click-through rates, impressions, and average search ranking. This data is aggregated by Google and isn’t used by us to identify individual visitors.

Cookies and Similar Technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Site, and to support advertising. See Section 4 below for details.

Server and Log Data. Our web host automatically logs standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps, mainly for security and troubleshooting.

• Uploaded images aren’t retained by us at all, since processing happens locally in your browser.

The Site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Our Site does not currently respond to that signal.
